Disappointed by poor experiences and the high cost of traditional recruitment agencies, our founders decided that Australia and New Zealand's outdated recruitment industry needed modernising with a new balance of power tilting more to the businesses who are looking for people.
In 2021, a new kind of agency model was created, putting the client and candidate at the heart of the experience whilst removing the sales, hard sell, schmoozing and high fees.
