We talk with you to gain a brief of your job, what you need, why, where, doing what and how much you want to pay, as well as gathering information about you, your business and culture.

We create a job advertisement and load it on the best job boards for your role, all costs are included

We read all of the applications and work out the ones that fit your needs the best.

We also work through our databases to identify people who haven’t applied for your role, that may be an ideal fit.

We interview anyone we think are great for your role, resulting in a shortlist of the best people we can find. 

We then organise a video interview  for you to view, so you can chose who you want to meet and let us know if there is anything more you want to find out about them, we will also help coordinate interviews.

Once you find someone we can assist with positioning and negotiating offers.

Because doing all this work yourself is tough, getting the right people requires you to be all over the recruitment process. 

Your work is more valuable than the screening we do, it takes 20 to 30 hours to recruit someone and business owners have a business to run, it is also costly.

We do it everyday and we are good at it – it is our core business and we pride ourselves on doing it well at a quality price.

What does your Fixed-Price include?

We are experts in roles up to $130,000 salary, our fixed-price includes the following:

  • A job brief to understand the role, your business and workplace culture.
  • A professionally written Job Advertisement
  • Job role advertising online across Seek and other job boards
  • Applicant screening to understand who meets the brief to create a long list
  • Screening interviews (via phone) with the long list applicants
  • Creation of a short-list of the top candidates (up to 5), provision of a candidate brief
  • Video interviews of shortlisted candidates
  • Candidate brief's and video interviews sent to you to decide on preferred candidate.
  • Coordination of shortlisted candidate interviews
  • Reference Checks (up to two (2) referee's) for the preferred candidate
  • Successful appointment of a preferred candidate
  • Notification of all applicants / candidate on the status of their application

What are does your Fixed-Price NOT include?

Not much really: Psychometric testing Pre-employment checks and vetting, police and working rights in Australia or New Zealand. Attendance at the interviews, zoom, phone or in person Legal documents or HR processes Additional reference checking outside the prefered candidate We can do all of the above, it's just that they are not included in our fixed-price fee.

What happens if you can't find anyone for my role?

If we cannot get you suitable people to interview there are a few options. This can happen for a few reasons, some examples are;

* There is not that many people out there who can do the jobs

* Your requirements are quite specific

* People are happy where they are.

If after 6 weeks we are in a position where we can’t find you someone:

1 – We will engage on your behalf a traditional recruiter who will undertake the search, the money you have spent with People4U will be transferred to support funding this, or

2 – You call it quits and we will return 50% of the fee for the work that has been done to date, or

3 – We continue for a further 3 weeks on the role and review the strategy.

It's up to you, we will be completely transparent throughout the whole process

What happens if the person leaves within 3 months of starting?

We're sorry to hear that, unfortunately we have no control of what happens after the role is filled and the person starts their new position. We are more than happy to run another recruitment process for you to get your next employee or contractor but we are not in a position to refund the original fees.

What salary band do you recruit up to?

We realise we can't be all things to all people so we have some jobs that we are better at. We are experts for roles up to $130,000. As part of the brief we will assist you with the best way to get the right person for your role and business. If a senior role require headhunting, we will assist you on the best path to take before starting any assignment.

Is there only one fixed-price charge?

Correct. We charge one upfront flat fee. We do not charge commissions or any hiden fees.

Can you attract suitable candidates for all kinds of vacancy?

We can source most candidates but do not do top tier senior management. We have successfully sourced a range of roles from lawyers, accountants, HR bods, sales people, heads of marketing and cleaners - a full range of great people.
